Operation and Maintenance of Water supply systems which involved; Water Source Protection, Water abstraction (ground water and Surface water), Water treatment, Pumping, Storage and Transportation, Water supply and distribution, Repairs and Maintenance of both Electro-mechanical and pipelines, Installation of new customer collections and metering, Billing and revenue collections, Developed and rolled out an in-house MS access-based billing system, Customer care and Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Management of an Escrow accounts, Preparation of Manually, Quarterly and Annual reports to the performance management team Water authorities) and MWE –Urban water department. Expansion/ Extension of services using conditional grants and Extension of services using GWOBA – World bank output-based investments
